I'm Rob Schilke.
I’m a designer, strategist, and solution creator with more than five years of experience in the graphic design field. My previous experience at T. Rowe Price as a graphic designer utilized my quick, creative thinking in addition to my extensive understanding of brand and identity development. Here, I developed the creative direction for the company's inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Summit in 2016, positioning my team as creative thinkers and strategists versus quick production-based taskers.
Through my volunteer efforts as Membership Chair at AIGA Baltimore, I strive to foster a stronger sense of belonging to the profession of design by making connections with designers and creatives in the surrounding Baltimore area. I create engagement opportunities for students and professionals which empower members to interact with the chapter. I speak at universities and events, providing insight to becoming a "whole designer."
